  • Pre-made overnight oats by Holos

    • You can also make your own with by purchasing oats and plant-based protein powder (e.g. Vegan blend from URAAW) then flavour as you like with spices and fruit

  • Oatmeal (unflavoured) then add your own fruit and spices in

  • Frozen fruit (e.g. Walmart list)

  • Egg white (you can cook these in the microwave easily)

  • Low sugar, low-fat yogurt-based (including non-diary types of yogurt) breakfast (add spices, nuts, seeds, fruit)
